This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping process, delivery times, and handling of issues with shipped orders. 1. Shipping Locations

Currently, Chroma Prints offers shipping within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to international locations at this time.


2. Shipping Costs

We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping charges for any order.


3. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Our products are custom-made, and each piece undergoes a thorough production process. Here is a breakdown of estimated processing and shipping times:

  • Processing Time: 4-7 working days. This time is required to create and prepare your handmade canvas for shipment.
  • Shipping Time: 4-8 working days after processing. Once your item is produced, it will be shipped with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 working days, depending on location within the UK.

Please Note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as shipping carrier delays or unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive tracking details within the estimated processing time, please reach out to us at support@chroma-prints.com for assistance.


5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

At Chroma Prints, we strive to ensure all items arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we offer the following solutions:

  • Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to track your item and, if necessary, issue a replacement.
  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email support@chroma-prints.com within 90 days of your order date with photos and details of the damage. We will review your claim and, once approved, provide a free replacement.

While Chroma Prints is not liable for damages caused during transit, we are committed to providing the best service possible and will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
