All products at Chroma Prints are made to order and customized to the specifications provided by you. We strive to display product colors and descriptions accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

Please verify all customization details before placing your order, as customizations are final once production begins.

4. Order Processing and Cancellations

After placing an order, production begins within our specified timeframe. Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started. Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations are not possible once production begins.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and include both processing and shipping timeframes.

  • Processing Time: 4-7 working days, as each item is handmade.
  • Shipping Time: 4-8 working days after processing is complete.

While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen events.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Support

Chroma Prints is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We offer free replacements or refunds for products that arrive damaged or contain customization errors. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 90 days of your order date.

To process a claim, we may request photos or further details. Refunds or replacements are only provided for items with customization errors or damage incurred during transit. We do not accept returns for custom products that match the approved specifications.
