Each canvas is fully stretched over a solid wooden frame — it’s not a poster. It comes ready to hang, with a free hanging kit included in the box. No need for extra tools or frames.

You can choose up to 12 signposts. Just enter a name and date (like a birthday or anniversary) for each one, and your live preview will update in real time so you can see your exact design before ordering.

We start working on your canvas shortly after you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@chroma-prints.com right away. If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll make the fix for you.

After you place your order, we get to work turning your design into something special — a piece made just for your family, with care.

Our team takes about 3–6 business days to carefully personalize and prepare your canvas.

Once it's ready, we ship it straight to you. Delivery within the US usually takes 5–8 business days.

And don’t worry — as soon as your canvas is on the way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way home.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we’ll send you a free replacement. Just email us within 90 days and we’ll take care of it — no hassle, no stress.

Because each canvas is custom-made, we can only cancel orders before production begins. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.

We don’t offer standard returns, but if something’s wrong — like a defect or error — we’ll make it right.
