At Chroma Prints, we are committed to providing you with high-quality custom products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:

Damaged or Faulty Products:
- We accept replacements within 90 days of the original purchase date if the product is damaged or faulty upon receipt.
- Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photographic evidence to expedite the process.

Customization Errors:
- If there is an error (made by the store) with the customization of your order, we will gladly accept returns within 90 days of the original purchase date.
- Kindly inform us of any customization errors as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement.
- Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Orders can only be canceled before they enter the production phase. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
- If you need to make changes to your canvas order, please reach out to us promptly.
- Changes can only be accommodated before the production process commences. Once production starts, alterations may not be feasible.

- We offer replacement of products. This includes instances of damaged or faulty products and customization errors by the company.
